We use Fastway to send items to street addresses within South Africa. For international destinations, please contact us and we will quote you separately for shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Time Frames and Charges
Fastway operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Delivery costs are set at R100 for deliveries within South Africa only.
Delivery time frames are as follow:
- Central Cape Town and surrounds 2 to 3 working days
- National (all major cities) 3 to 4 working days
- Regional (all other areas) 4 to 5 working days
- For international shipments, we will try our best to deliver between 5-6 working days provided there are no custom delays. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for damages occurred during care of an item such as wash/wear.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please specify the reason for your return. All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org .within 7 days of your order (not including time spent communicating with us).
Sale styles are not eligible exchanges or refunds.
What are the Terms & Conditions of a return?
Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days from date of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging in which your order was delivered with the original labels attached.
The following items we will unfortunately not accept returns on:
You will be responsible for return/exchange charges unless you have received damaged or wrong merchandise. If you have received wrong or damaged product, please email our customer care at: email@example.com within 14 DAYS after receipt and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not mail any packages COD – they will not be accepted.
Important – Please make sure to insure your shipment and record your tracking number because we cannot issue an exchange or refund until Juno confirms receipt. Juno is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
In the event that the customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. If the customer would like to return or exchange an item, they are responsible for the shipping costs to get the item returned to Juno, and the shipping cost to get the exchanged item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
